The purpose of this Web Site is to preserve the history of the US Army's 544th Engineer Boat & Shore Regiment, which served in: New Britain, New Guinea, Philippines, and Japan during World War II from 1943 through 1946.
This Site is dedicated to the Soldiers of the
544th Engineer Boat & Shore Regiment.
Charles Martin (charlesmartin39@aol.com) is the Webmaster of this site, and was a member of the
544th Engineer Boat & Shore Regiment, HQ Company from 1943 to 1946.
